1. Who we are
This site is operated by Sage & Stork. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
2. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation email. If we cannot fulfil your order we will tell you and refund any payment in full.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT at the prevailing rate. We take payment at the point of order. If a price is displayed incorrectly due to an obvious error, we will contact you before dispatching and you may cancel for a full refund.
4. Hand-made goods and substitutions
Every nappy cake is assembled by hand, so small variations in arrangement and colour are normal and are not defects. Where an individual component is unavailable we reserve the right to substitute an item of equal or higher value.
5. Licensed products
Peter Rabbit and related characters are trade marks of Frederick Warne & Co. Licensed items included in our gifts are genuine officially licensed products sourced from authorised suppliers. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Frederick Warne & Co or Penguin Ventures.
6. Product safety
Our gifts are not toys. The wrapping, ribbon, cellophane and small components are not suitable for children and should be removed by an adult before any item is given to a baby. Always follow the age guidance on individual items.
7. Delivery
Delivery timescales are set out on our Delivery page and are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
8. Cancellation and returns
Your statutory right to cancel within 14 days, and how to exercise it, is set out in full in our Returns & Refunds policy, which forms part of these terms.
9. Gift messages
We print the gift message exactly as you type it. Please check spelling before you order. We reserve the right to decline any message that is unlawful, offensive or infringes third-party rights.
10. Our liability
We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise our total liability is limited to the price you paid for the goods. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable at the time the contract was formed.
11. Intellectual property
All text, photography and design on this site belong to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
12. Complaints and governing law
Please email hello@paraplanr.co.uk with any complaint; we aim to respond within one working day. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
